Matte Primer gives you the perfectly primed base before makeup application. This has a creamy lotion texture and is enriched with Vitamin E to help condition the skin. Silica helps to give skin a velvety matte finish and to continue to control oil on the surface of the skin throughout the day. Illamasqua Matte Primer creates a perfect base for makeup, but can also be worn on it’s on for fresh, oil controlled look.
